I have many years of experience in leading small teams where everyone knows each other and works together on an equal footing: openly, with trust, self-responsibly, committed. For me, outdoor learning is simply the meaning of life: that’s why I promote it systemically & strategically on as many levels as possible, nationally and internationally, also through publications. I like to walk the talk.
